Critiques

:iconfuryian:
What I feel is intriguing about this piece is that it isn't a piece with a distinct path, per se, as something you've created with the focus of the picture and the darkening around the edges. I like that it's sort of a forced perspective and that you really have to imagine yourself walking down this place in the woods to find the path. This is a great example of what can be accomplished with a good eye and an imagination. This is a very provocative piece in that it really makes use of lighting and technique, not just a quick flash of the camera.

I really enjoy this piece. I wrote in my critique about the "ease" that this piece conveys. It doesn't seem forced and that's always a good thing. This is a wonderful photo and aptly named. GREAT job, here!

It might sound like a platitude but it really was my pleasure to do so.

It's a great photo, though I don't agree that the technique is 5 stars... If you had a tripod, you could use a smaller aperture to make the depth bigger. Then it would be even greater and more sharp :D

I'm not certain, but I was guessing it was for the editing I did in PS. :)
I agree; if I had a tripod, a lot of my photos would be much sharper with greater effect.
Thank you for the advice! :huggle:
