I probably will be in and out of here for the next month. My fiance's father tried committing suicide and is currently being hospitalized for the head injury. I'm staying with the family to be supportive, so I may be scarce for a little while.

A Photo A Day Challenge
I'm going to attempt to make a come back here by posting a photo a day. I've really been slacking on my photography, and I hope by challenging myself to just post once a day will help.

New Lens and Subscription
Bought a 100mm f/2.8 usm macro lens and have fallen in loooooove. It's a beautiful lens and I recommend anyone that's into macro photography to look into getting one. I also got myself a 3-month subscription so I'll be around a lot more now. <3
Returning
Wow, I've been missing for a while. I've been through so much lately...Finished my first year of college, gotten engaged...
I finally upgraded from my Canon Powershot to a Canon 400D. Bought a Canon 50mm f/1.8 II lens to go with it, and so far I'm having fun with it.
Haven't been doing a lot of nature photos lately since there's nowhere around here to go, but I have been working on portraits and such. It's fun.
But, yeah, I'm going to clean up my submissions a little...buy a subscription again...hopefully I'll build myself up again on this site. :)
